CHINATOWN CHILD CAR SEAT CHECKPOINT INITIATIVE

The Benevolent Asian Jade Society of N.E. and
Mass. Minority State Police Officers Association members (certified car seat technicians) will conduct child car seats checkpoint at 185 Kneeland St.
Technicians will check, educate, and correctly installed child car seats in vehicles going through the checkpoint. Damaged or worn out car seats will be replaced free.

Proper child safety seats can reduce fatal injury from car accidents by 71 percent for infants and by 54 percent for toddlers, ages 1-4.
